Nothing can replace the Dips. They are not just a chest excercise but they develope the triceps and shoulders as well. Once the initial 12 Lesson course has been completed I would not suggest that anyone ever does a single daily workout that does not include the Dips, Squats, Crunches (upper abs) or Knee raisers (lower abs). Even the Perpetual excercises no. 5 (lower back) and no.6 (Bicepts) are pretty important. Ba...

Thats good advice, we all need to take the odd day off from time to time but rather than allow yourself to feel dissheartened about your missed session it is far better to turn a day or a weekend off into a positive thing by seeing it as a necessary recovery day, allowing your body to recuperate and...
