First off, I have to say that this is with out a doubt the best way to improve yourself physically and mentally on the planet!!!!!!!! Having said that i am already down in weight to 171 pounds (that's a 7 pound loss) since i have started. My dips have gone from 8 dips on my first day and night to 40...

HEY GUY IT'S MICKEY WITH AN UPDATE. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS GOING GREAT. I HAVE A NEW JOB WITH NEW HOURS SO THE MORNING PRACTICE HAS BEEN A LITTLE TOUGH TO KEEP-UP WITH BUT I AM DOING MY BEST. one week down

The first week is in the bank an I feel really good! My practices have been going well, I have been eating clean and have already lost 9lbs. of fat :mrgreen: Training not straining.
