At 67 I'm very thankful for good health and well-being, keeping fit is very important it can easily slip away. Having a natural diet plan without much processed food is also very important to maintain good health.

I get up everyday at 5am, 7am start my exercise then by 8:30am out for a walkabout, usually 90 to 120 minutes.

I grew up in the North of England, Salford Lancashire. Meat was a luxury then and didn't get much, mu mum would make a big batch of cabbage rolls but it was mostly rice and very small amount of ground beef. I'm not stressed myself, being retired there's not much difference except we did stop at coffee shops and restaurants are fair bit before. I walk a lot more, before I did walk daily but usually not for 2 hours brisk.

My apartment building has started a weekly Gazette with help info, and the management will help those in need of toilet paper.
