Growing up in England back in the 60's hygiene was not properly practiced, especially in the slums of Salford. Just went for a swim in our apartment indoor pool, put me goggles on and swim underwater holding me breath for the length.

I exercise everyday and my apartment building has an indoor pool so use that often. Still I strive to be better at what I do. At the senior centre fitness room I challenge folks to balance on the Bonsu ball one leg yoga style for time, I was told to get off after a 13 sec count haha! I like to share ...

@middleaged any particular version ?

My old British version say's to do lessons 1, 2 &3 every workout, then add lesson 4 and do all till the next lesson arrives, then drop 4 and do 5 etc. I read that originally lessons were sent out every month.

It's been very cold in Ontario Canada this winter, two days ago it was shorts weather but then got cold again. Warming up again so maybe short today for our walkabout.

. . .and Feb 14 1979 I started taijiquan (advanced tai chi) and still doing it nowadays pretty much everyday.

Always good to do the whole course and use many exercises from memory that may not be in the last perpetual lesson.
