i do beach walks , how about pounding the pavement...tighten legs?...is there something on the board or atlas museum that addresses this?

Didnt mean to make it look bad on fat or the milk diet....Milk was probably the best protein back when, now we have whey protein isolate and hemp, pea etc for sensitive people and as far as fat everybody needs some hopefully its the good fats they get and not the trans fats. Great that's what i thought...old injury many many moons ago knocked my hips outta wack. So I don't feel bad about holding on to a chair.

balance on standing leg exercises
the exercises where the legs are streched out to the front or to back....i am not there yet but tried all the exercises atleast once...i have a balance issue on these, can i successfully do it bracing myself with a chair? Anyone else modify or hold on to something lightly on these exercises?
