I noticed these metal rings in a row on the play gym so went over and grabbed them, lifted my feet till they hooked the top bar, I think I could of hung upside down but did 5 pull-ups instead. There's a football area...

Sad today seeing younger people not into physical jobs and coast around on them electric rides. I read about overweight young adults who are obese and want to get fit and lose we...

Re: Health
I sometimes use a food and exercise tracker to see how I'm doing. Tracking macros is easy but keep an eye on the micro nutrients. I train regular and want to keep in my best health and strength as I get older.

Re: Negative or Positive Thinking
The Chinese Yin/Yang symbol shows negative and positive in balance, it rotates so sometimes Yang is on top the Yin will be. Sometimes my negative is positive, like in constructive criticism.

My apartment building has a PT leading Yoga in our common room Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30 pm (free), start back into doing the hour class today and get back in the groove.

Re: Charles Bronson
The film came to mind as I had recently seen it listed. Michael Peterson, known from 1987 as Charles Bronson. Out of the blue
At the senior centre today a fellow came up to me and asked if I'd seen the ads on the back of comics, he forgot the name and I said Charles Atlas. I told him I have the course and that you can still buy it. He asked does it work, I told him to get it, Dynamic Tension.
