If you need help with your Mental Health there is no bad side to asking for help. Mental Health Awareness is important.

Train not strain is the answer to achieve correct fitness goals.

We need to be strong when others are weak. We need to be of sound mind when everything is chaotic. We need to help those in need when others turn their backs. We need to have energy when no one else can. This is what makes a Charles Atlas student.

Stay positive and keep helping others. When it is tough turn and help your neighbor, friend or relative.

Please make sure when the temperatures are over 85 degrees to check on your friends, family and neighbors. This is especially important for the elderly. Also stay hydrated and do not over do any exercise.

Get back to the basics. This goes in life choices and in exercise. Everyone is striving to have everything. Be thankful for what you do have and move forward. Do not look at what others have. That takes you away from your goals.
