I just drink regular milk, but, have oatmeal with raisins, topped off by milk. Have been avoiding regular cereal.

Henry, I googled Tom Manfre, and, found older and more recent photos of him. Even as an older man , Tom seems to have remained having a very muscular physique. I am going to look up Tom Manfre.He was a real pupil of Charles Atlas. Have heard Joe Louis went through the Charles Atlas program as well.
