so far so good, i have a goal to get to 25 dips each and every time , and the same for rope pulls etc. There is a logical progression for a reason.

Wow...seems alot of the students are older than me. Hope to see some of the younger guys hop on board and experience this. People are bombarded with so much even in the fitness and nutrition areas, again tried and true wins the race.

well tired or not i am up to 20 dips (pushups) so maybe i'm dong better than thought. Still, you're right and i am a firm believer in the train don't strain

I agree very inspiring...It's changed my life and as of now I am still doing the lesson 1 entire lesson to build up. So imagine what the entire course will do. I was hoping to get my wife involved...she has bad Rheumatoid arthritis , Nordic walking should be good I can get my atlas miles in. Would like to get her to try some Atlas stuff as well since its no impact on joints.

I get up at 6:00 just happens that way, have a cup of camomile tea, take anything i need and tired or not get going, but sometimes its just wow I am so tired....

right now i am adhering to lession one ...still on the two week stage, before starting i tried other atlas positions , hip issues will make some of the leg work challenging on the standing routines but hey i'll steady myself with a chair. Lession one is great....so far this is how i train along with...
