Senior Health Update

Health Update: I don’t post personal issues, but I thought people should know and be aware of this disease. Last week I was diagnosed with Alpha Gal. It is caused by a bite from the Lonestar Tick. Re: Senior work out

Good points from both last responders to this post. I keep forgetting I’m not that young buck anymore. I do like the idea of DT while walking. If it’s nice out I will do 2-3 mile walks.

Senior work out

As of two weeks ago I restarted DT. I was doing lessons 1-11 in the morning and the perpetual’s in the evening. It’s not working because at 72 it’s too much. So my new work out staring tomorrow is Tuesday and Thursday lesson 1 in the morning and the perpetual’s in the late afternoon. I think Sunday ...

Re: How long to tone up

Thanks. We haven’t communicated for 5-6 years. It’s good to hear from you again. You were the first person I thought of when I returned here. I tried to PM you but a message came up you went private. I’m doing parts of each lessons in the morning and the perpetuals in the evening. Thanks for respond...

How long to tone up

I left DT about 4-5 years ago. I did a lot of biking so I am in shape. I’ve started the upper body work outs again. My question is now that I’m 72 I’ve lost my muscle tone in my chest and arms; my legs are real tight looking still, so how long before I can see results? Meaning my chest and arms look...

Re: How Do You Train?

Monday through Friday i do the perpetual lesson's and a few DT's. Saturday is just the perpetual lesson's and Sunday is a day of rest. Once the cold weather breaks in April I will walk 3 miles 3 times a week.

Re: Getting rid of belly fat ~ easy

Thank you for your post. During the cold months I do not walk anymore. I did gain 3 pounds. Using your idea I have lost the 3 pounds and back to 145.
