I actually got to sleep early since my health episode, but my sinus issue make sleeping light sometimes especially in pollen season or if ac is on...but I get atleast 8 hours, respiratory issues stink.

Spearhead I agree, I stray but not in a crazy way. I haven't done fried in a long time partly because it does not agree with, I am also lower fat because of health issues...but I like what you said. I do not do organic unless there's nothing else in something I want or if its the same price as regul...

nordic walking is like walking with ski poles and the action of using the the poles give you more of a full body cardio workout and it makes it interesting. If i don't have a mission of sorts for a walk, like a walk to the store or something, I tend not to walk for long periods.

Well put... I started this journey after a life threatening asthma attack that put me in the hospital for 4 days last November. I tried a former wrestlers form of yoga which led me to think about Charles Atlas, did some research and here I am
