I wouldn't know where to get Charles Atlas' booklet "How Dynamic Tension Makes You A New Man," do they sell it on the main site?

Do you think an elliptical machine is suitable for Atlas requirement for walking?

i read that lucy lawless did the atlas course. is that true and if so ....ladys take notice, guys tell your wifes and girlfriends.

Lession one has transformed me , casual observers don't hesitate get the course and you'll see.

Can't do caffeine, Camomile does not sedate me...looking into roobos (spelling?)

I know this post is 2 years late but longevity means something and I agree with "bridge". Would love to help the company and course reach the modern masses. This course has the perpetual lesson but this is the perpetual (or ageless) course.

who follows the diet, what changes have you made. I do low fat dairy mostly, 2% milk, lean meats mostly chicken and fish, eliminated most white flour still like a vanilla wafer or animal cracker for the low fat and sugar.....what do you do? As i see it most of Mr Atlas' health advise holds up strong...
