Inspiration comes in all forms and sizes. Sometimes inspiration can be just looking out the window and seeing a bird fly by. Other times inspiration is in the music you play when you exercise. Remember inspiration comes in everything you do from the moment you wake up. Take in inspiration in everything from around you. It will help you to be strong in body and mind. If there is something that is in your space that doesn't inspire you, change it so it does. Subtle things can make a change. If you don't like the smell in an area, get an air filter. If you don't like what you are eating change it up. You can do it. Keep on getting inspired.
