Working from Home

Post by ca_admin »

Working from home makes people less active in a lot of cases. When working from home take breaks throughout the day to walk around and stretch. Do not sit for hours and not move. This is very important. Also make sure that you call friends, family and co-workers to motivate them not to sit all day long. After work take a walk if you can. If not make sure you take time for yourself to exercise. To stay healthy it is important, for you, your family and your co-workers.

Working at home, pulled out of our normal routines, can be quite stressful. I find it helpful to get up and move around, even doing a few Atlas exercises so that I'm breaking up a regular workout into 2, 3, or 4 mini workouts. It provides a good mental break while keeping up with DT.
Best to all!
