My Success Story

Post by Henry Marczak »

Soon to be 69 and in great health. I have exercised all my life and sometimes my jobs have been part of my fitness, like my last job for 13 years was general labourer for a builder. No back or joint issues, still very flexible and have excellent balance.

Some years back I did a 30 day Vegan Challenge which continued for 6 months, nowadays I'm more semi-vegetarian. Keeps me more focused on eating healthy unprocessed food.

My Dynamic Tension Routine

Post by Henry Marczak »

My Dynamic Tension routine takes me 45 mins to go through, it's one set of twenty five exercises and actually finish with push-ups (dips). As well as forward bending exercises I do a back wards bend, the one with hands clasped behind the back whist face down on a mat.
