DT for muscle growth?

hey all,
In your Opinions is DT suitable for muscle growth and weight gain? i've been trying to gain weight for years but cant seem to get above 115 pounds at 5'4" tall... and i plan on joining the army soon so i was wondering how that would help me about that.

Yes, Dynamic Tension is a fantastic way to train the body and get it top shape. To gain weight just drink whole milk with your meals. Adding Atlas protein powder to organic breakfast cereal is a great way to start the day.

Yep, it sure adds muscle growth within a space of time. And the best thing is that you feel rejuvanated after a workout! :D

thank you all for your responses...ive been following DT for a few days now and i feel great!!!!!!!!! best money i ever spent....wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!! yea!!!!yay!!!!!!!! or in the words of my girlfriend....wellll....WOOHHHOOOO!!!lol thanks
