Dips 3X3 (advanced)

Here's something to try on your next workout...
(1)Dips with feet elevated on a chair for as many as you can.
(2)then dips on the floor for as many as you can.
(3)then dips with hands on chairs for as many as you can.
2 minute rest the repeat once or twice more.
Just make sure you don't overdue it. Remember if you have any pain or strain stop.
