Close grip pushups off counter and isometric lateral raises while shoulder is healing any suggestions

Depends how serious the injury is, even mild shoulder strain can take a long time. Do you have the Atlas Dynamic Tension System ? it has many helpful exercises.

yes i do have the course Henry shoulder real bad been since October last year alot better now but still very limited was told not the rotater cuff bicep tendinitis is part of it but the front head head now mostly side lateral head cant even do finger lock exercise. Had some oral steroids from Dr for inflammation but not better dont want cortisone trying natural but losing hope here

Dips between chairs can be quite strenuous on the shoulders, I do 3 chair dips and notice it works my shoulders. You can do kneeling 2 chair dips to ease any stress, I've done floor push-ups where when I reach my max I'll go onto knees and then after I've reached my point of no more I'd use a box to finish, I did that style at a boot camp.

Some friends have had good results from acupuncture but that's expensive here.

Using a muscle rub, raise the arm laterally to parallel, add the rub to the boney area of the shoulder not so much to the deltoids, this helps with circulation.
