Ontario has gone into 2021 lock-down at least till Feb 16. So all exercise is at home and walking the trails. Someone gave us an extras large size yoga mat which is permanent in our living room, which is wood flooring. I do all my Dynamic Tension floor exercises on it, like the advanced leg raise where feet touch the floor overhead.
I think much of the covid we now experience comes from all the people coming through Toronto airport and because Toronto has been in lock-down they were coming to our City to shop. The Christmas Holiday season had people traveling all over the place, and I don't think they was doing proper quarantine.
When we go for walks, there are many people in groups with no masks and often hog the bike/walk parkway paths so we have to walk onto the grass areas.
