Don't ever give up on yourself. Keep on going and keep making goals! Reach for new goals over and over again. Never stop living!

In my apartment building fitness centre someone left a weighted hula hoop, I've been trying it out anytime I go down there. Keep it going is not so easy, but getting the hang of it, my wife does about 200 rotations, I manage 10 at the mo, it's not very heavy maybe about 2lbs or so.
