A lot of this Atlas program is about mental approach -- keeping positive, reviewing those areas one feels a need to put in some extra work on.  A great benefit of the program is that there are dozens of exercises to choose from.  I occasionally go back, review the course, and think through what I want to focus on for the week then choose a couple exercises to make up a "new" workout for the next week or two.  Keeps me from getting stale.  I aim for an effort, not a result.  The results will follow.
