Feeling Down

Post by ca_admin »

Sometimes people tell you they are feeling down or depressed, do not ignore it. If someone else tells you see if you can just sit with them and listen to what they are going through without judgement. If you are going through it, stop what you are doing for a moment and see what is causing this. Is this a long-term feeling or something that has caused this. Sometimes giving yourself some space to just sit with yourself and breathe is all it takes to feel a bit better. The oxygen in your lungs is helping to boost your mood and helping all your organs to get what they need. We all are moving so fast through life sometimes we forget to breathe deeply. If it is someone that has passed and you are down because of that allow yourself time to grieve. Everyone goes through it differently. Some people laugh when they are feeling down, while others cry or shuffle through their life. Do not judge anyone and their grief process. Just be supportive. If you cannot be then let them know you cannot and that you are there in spirit for them, but cannot go through it with them and let them know why. Just telling someone what you are feeling might help them to help you. It is a big circle. If you help someone, they will help you and vice versa. Be present to anything that comes your way. All you need is your inner and outer #strength. And if you feel you can not get out of the down spiral then seek professional help. There is nothing wrong with it.
