Have you ever run or walked on the beach? Many Atlas Students have. It is a challenge not to be taken lightly. It stimulates the leg muscles. Try it. You will be happy you did. Remember to take moments to look out into the ocean and breathe.

I've lived on the West and East Coast of Canada for years and spent much time on the beaches especially when our two kids were small. Nowadays we live near the Great Lakes Ontario, and walking the sandy beaches is something we do. We're not onto sunbathing our thing is walking a lot and exploring.
