....the Atlas Course is the only one I have seen that addresses the whole body, along with sound diet advice. It doesn't leave anything out pertaining to obtaining and maintaining good health and fitness.

Bridge, you are so right on that one! Many courses recommend you to become your own personal trainer by giving total freedom to chose their routines. I am against this as it may lead to overdevelopment of one part of the body and underdevelopment of another. This situation makes you prone to injury. Do not get me wrong here, once completed the Atlas course IS flexible. You can add as many exercises to the perpetual lesson as you want to address more especifically a problem area, but you must no leave the perpetual lesson out. It's the minimum that must be done to keep fit, healthy and injury-free for life.
