Start where you are

Today is the day to take control of your life through exercise. Whatever you can do is what you need to start with. If you start with 5 to 10 minutes of your time and build it up that is ok. Don't start where you can't. Start where you are. That will begin your journey to a healthy and happy life.

Sometimes it’s hard to remember where we are today verses where we were. More so if you been active all your life and in shape. This is the best way thought start a little today if that’s all you can in time it will pay off.

Make it easy for yourself to start. Train don't strain as Atlas said. Consistency is the key.
Just start with something easy, doing it every day, and soon the most difficult stuff will become easier to do.
