If you live in the US this coming week and are a citizen of the USA remember to vote. No one can tell you how to vote, just do your civic duty and vote. If you think your vote does not matter, many people in the past did not have the right to vote so do it for them. If you know of someone that can't make it to their polling station to vote then if you can help them and drive them to the polls. It doesn't take a lot to help your fellow neighbor or senior citizen that doesn't have transportation get to the polls.

Now that the election is over in the USA a lot of people are dealing with stress and anxiety. Turn towards your health and wellness when you feel this way. Stand, walk and exercise. Exercise always takes the edge off. After you exercise you will feel calmer and your body will feel better.
