Ontario Canada has been in a heat wave with humdex 31°C feels like 40. I walk 15 mins down to the senior centre fitness room at 7am, it's air conditioned, at home we have cool air tower in the apartment that blows out air but not anything chilly and also to really cool down we have an indoor swimming pool that's quite cool.

Henry, I'm in New England and the weather's been all over the place the last couple months. There are days I can't live without a/c, others I'm out mowing the lawn with a cool breeze. I'm not a fan of a/c for exercising, but it beats high heat. Jim

Same here Jim, in Ontario, quite warm for October till today, the walk to the 50+ centre at 7am dropped to 0°C Feels -3.
