When you see people having troubles, be the person of reason. Do not take a side, stay neutral and reason things out with them. This is what builds strength of character. That along with exercise will make you stronger and a well-rounded person. Anger begets anger. Forgiveness begets forgiveness and strength begets strength.

Haven't been here in some time. Was reviewing my Atlas course today and remembered this site. Glad I dropped in. Your message on anger sure is needed these days. Can the Atlas course contribute to this effort? When I reflect on how I felt when I first began many years ago, following the Atlas program gave me a purpose, a direction. As the course instructed, I did the exercises first thing every morning and last thing every night. Exercising helped me feel alive, making my life better and more hopeful. I wish more people would focus on improving their health and fitness and thereby making a positive contribution to whatever world they might live in. One of the things Charles Atlas emphasized right from the first lesson was to be positive and persistent and enthusiastic. My best to all,
