When you are feeling unwell sometimes everything else takes a back seat. You focus on how bad you are feeling. Instead of focusing your attention on how you feel, focus on something else, no matter how hard it is. Sometimes when you take the focus off being unwell your symptoms will ease, and it will help you to feel better.
