Students ask how to keep your determination alive when exercising. There are a few things you can do. First if you have the ability to, keep a schedule. Second would be to pick some music to listen to when exercising. Make it something you love. If you know that you will be listening to music you love, it will help motivate you. Third take time to rest. If you feel overwhelmed emotionally or physically give yourself a day off. Do not stress yourself. Keep a good mindset and go from one success to another.
