What are you doing today?  Going for a walk, going for a jog, going for a bike ride?  Exercising is important.  Even if you get out of your bed and sit in a chair and do some stretching.  Flexibility is key when getting older.  #Strength is also another factor in getting older.  Don't squander the age you are now.
