How does it feel to be an Atlas Student?

Post by ca_admin »

How does it feel to be an Atlas Student? Students have told us they feel stronger, healthy and all-around alertness that they didn't feel before they started the course. They look at themselves differently, respecting what they have in their bodies, mind and spirits. They feel a growth of character and a more positive outlook on life. Thanks Atlas Students!

I originally bought the Atlas Dynamic Tension System 1972 and has been a method of various exercise used over the years. I go to a senior centre during the week, a social thing for me as well as exercise in the fitness room. I walk every time (15 mins each way) but one member lives just up the street from me and takes a bus then sits on a bicycle type machine with a bucket seat and watches TV whilst slow pedalling on easy mode, many of the seniors are like that.

I'm no athlete type but certainly put some welly into exercise. At 73 I feel fit and walk everywhere. Me wife and I are meeting for coffee downtown with some hiking group friends and that's a 1/2 hour walk.
