Do you need a break or to relax?
Sometimes we are tired and feel warn out.  That is the time to assess your health.  Are you really tired or just need a break.  You can tell by getting up and taking a short walk.  If you still feel tired then you need to rest.  If you aren't then it is time to exercise.  A short walk could be just a block or more depending on how you feel.
