Ever feel Anxious

If you are ever feeling anxious stop, breathe and focus on anything else. Once you breathe a few times, take a short walk. After this walk if you have the time do some more exercise. Listening to music while you exercise will also take you away from the anxiety. If your anxiety persists then talk to a medical professional.
